The Caliber CDS10 car speaker set is a set of 2 speakers of 4 inches (10 centimeters). These speakers each have a 4 inch woofer and 30 millimeter Mylar Dome tweeter. This way you can enjoy the details in your music while driving.
2-way system
The Mylar Dome tweeter is solidly built and therefore resistant to the movements of driving. The tweeters separate the high sound in your music from the low of the woofers. With these two together in the CDS10 speakers you have a full sound, where the emphasis is on the high details. For extra bass, for example, you can add an extra Caliber subwoofer.
Power
The CDS10 speakers can handle a power of 40 Watt RMS, with a peak of 80 Watt. With an amplifier up to 80 watts in your car you're good with that. To play music for hours, an amplifier of up to 40 watts is recommended. The 88 db sensitivity of the speakers is approximately equal to the sound of an electric lawnmower. So enjoy your music on the road at an audible volume.
Build in
The CDS10 speaker set is easy to assemble due to its 45-millimetre mounting depth. The built-in diameter of the speakers is 9.3 centimetres. An installation manual is supplied as standard, so you can get started in no time.
